Description
From 4004 - 4010 Forest Hill Ave, sidewalk has been overtaken by rocks, fallen branches, overgrown grass, trash, and other debris. A lot of this is from the 3 residents neglecting to clear this area of their yard(s). It is hard to walk through this portion--especially for those in wheelchairs or with strollers.
