Description
Good evening, there are two pedestrian signals out at the intersection of N Ryland Street and W Grace Street. The first one is not displaying the white safe to cross symbol and the second one is not displaying the countdown timer. All other functions are displaying so it can be a little deceiving unless you watch them through the full cycle. Please see the attached image for location.
