Description

Two large mature pine trees are growing within a foot of the road before a blind curve where vehicles often take the curve wide. The pines at #22 are a hazard as a vehicle would hit them if avoiding a car; if the road surface is slick, a vehicle could easily slide and hit them. They are not providing any canopy/shade for the property or residence.
