Description

Citizen reported dangerous limbs fallen from City tree and hanging from the tree. Citizen believes the tree is dead and needs to be removed. Citizen stated limbs fell and damaged his truck in the pass. Citizen said tree is at an angle from his address 2415 Northumberland Ave
