Description
The tree directly outside of the 2420 Maplewood Avenue condo building has proven to be dangerous and needs to be evaluated for removal. Not only has it been buckling the sidewalk with its roof system for a while, but a large branch broke off and crushed my neighbor's car on Thursday, and it shows signs of disease/death when you look at its trunk. I don't feel safe parking anywhere near it now, and I'm afraid it might damage my home on the top floor of the building next if not dealt with soon!
