Description
A tree on the city side has a limb that is hanging over the sidewalk and is very close to a utility line. The limb is very severely bending under its own weight and could potentially fall. We have had issues with this same tree previously where it dropped a limb that looked very similar to this one. Requesting that the limb be cut before it creates a safety incident.
