Description
Eastbound Forest Hill Ave, left turn signal onto northbound Prince Arthur Rd, sign indicates No Left Turn 7am - 9am yet the left turn arrow still turns green during this time period. I have seen other restricted time turn signals where they are programmed to not turn green during the restricted time period.
