Description

pedestrian signal that is out at the intersection of N Lombardy Street and W Grace Street. The white safe to cross pedestrian symbol displays correctly, but the flashing orange hand and countdown timer do not display leaving it completely black for a good chunk of the cycle. This has been out for the last 9 months.
