311 quality monitoring - our customer has a private tree from a private yard that fell over and was blocking the alley. the tree was chopped and cut to open up the accessibility through the alley, but the property owner at this point needs to have that large tree cut up further and removed, even if by a private tree business owner. if a tree contractor is being hired, search for one licensed, bonded and insured. Also owner of the tree needs to check with their homeowner insurance to see if that large tree removal is covered and if the fence repair is covered under the policy.
