Description
Tree is in back of house on city property in alley. Tree produced no leaves this year and is dropping branches on parked cars in the neighborhood. Looks to be dead. Worried it will fall on cars or nearby houses. Highly trafficked area by foot to park with dogs and park goers and by cars as road blocked for sewage repairs and alley is only way around. Worried it will fall on people and vehicles.
