Description
On 9/13/23 and 9/14/23 both sets of traffic signals at N Thompson and Kensington and N Thompson and Patterson have been blinking yellow (headed north) and red (heading west on Kensington and east/west on Patterson) in the morning hours up to 7am. Traffic - especially northbound Thompson traffic - is NOT treating these intersections as 4-way stop signs, resulting in close calls over both days for both cars and pedestrians.
