Description

We are new to the house and unclear who's trash can is whose. Many are in bad repair and now some in the alley are missing and trash is in the alley. Our hope is to clean the area up and have appropriate cans and help people take better care of the alley. It is a disgrace right now. We also need another recycle can. Please help. It is disgusting.
