Description

The upper portion of tree is clearly dead, two large limbs came down in last weeks storm and caused considerable damage to cars parked on the street. The limbs that came down show decay at the core, tree has clearly lost internal integrity. There is a large vertical split up the trunk. This tree is dangerous and has been reported as such multiple times in the past by the previous owner at this address. Can someone please some look at it?
