Description
This sidewalk is the only on available for children and their families walking to John b Cary elementary. This obstruction prevents safe passage for their bikes and mobility assistance devices with the start of school. The oldest open shows a July post. I personally made a ticket for the issue in march so the ticket was closed without resolution. Here's a picture of the same location where the pole and vegetation combine to make the sidewalk impassable for any mobility assistance devices
