    The 85th percentile speed, the speed that 85 percent of drivers travel at or below, is one of the best indicators of a reasonable and safe speed. The 85th percentile speed on Rogers St between Phaup St Fairfield Ave for a 48 hour period averaged 24mph. This sample is in compliance with the posted 25 mph speed. Speed tables are not planned.
