Description

space behind garage has had damaged cans for months. We just moved in and our cans were in good shape but now some are missing and someone has just placed trash in driveway / alley area. It is a mess. I am happy to purchase new cans if that will help. I don't know who used the cans back there but it has been an going mess and I don't know what to do. Please help. It is the alley that backs up to both Plum and Grove. There are many VCU student apartments nearby as well.
