Description
There have been two nights of accidents in a row due to drag racing and speeding. The first night was a hit and run on 9/9 at roughly 12:30 AM involving a homeless man. The second night, a parked car was hit in the bumper. A speed bump or some form of speed control should be implemented to prevent any more accidents.
