Description

The 3 way stop signs are not effective. Everyone is speeding and no one stops. There are pedestrians, bicyclists(including children), parked cars, and peoples homes at serious risk of being wrecked into.

    7th St at Semmes Ave has a "stop ahead" sign, a "stop" sign and a "stop bar" on the pavement. No additional traffic control devices are planned at this time.
