Description

Failing/heavily shifted retaining wall rw3 with sidewalk attached. Nearby trees which may possibly provide soil stabilization factor damaged in recent storm. Sidewalk has been damaged for several years as rw3 is subjected to heavy truck traffic from federal reserve and local homes/businesses. The loss of the trees may expedite wall movement in future.
