Description
My scheduled trash collection is on Wednesdays,Tuesday night I placed my trash can out side of my fence. When I went outside to bring my can inside my yard, the can was not there. I called the 311# and was told it could take 2 weeks. When I asked where would I place my trash, the response was to place the trash bags where I normally place my can for my scheduled pick-up. Placing the trashbags not in a receptacle is inviting the stray/feral cats roaming around. This is a safety hazard
