- Staff · September 14, 2023This location was reviewed and does not qualify for a speed table given the street length of free flowing vehicles. Marshall St measures about 600’ between Belvidere St and the stopped condition at Henry St. The focused approach to speed management considers speed tables on streets at least 1200’ in length. On streets below 1200' speed tables are not effective as the prevailing speeds are lower on short segments.
