Description
The white figure in the WALK part of the sign doesn't light up. The Orange image does when its a DONT WALK but the White Walk sign doesn't illuminate. This is a VERY DANGEROUS intersection on VCU Campus. Thank you. It is the SE Corner of the intersection close to the big VCU Letters and the Founders Hall Building.
