Tree has already fallen and on the street and someone blocking traffic one way. If this is an Emergency : For tree related emergencies such as 1) Trees down on utility lines 2) Trees blocking street, alley or sidewalk please call 804-646-5100. Already called the police and she was told to call the city and police can not do anything
