Description

TONS of speeding DAILY on the straightaway of 2nd Avenue (excess of 70mph). I have Almost been hit several times. 3rd ave by pollack is horribly dangerous and there are lots of children who live all along 3rd Avenue. PLEASE FIX THE SPEEDING!
