Description

Remember the tree that has been gradually disintegrating, threatening life, limb, and property, while each report to RVA311 fell on inept ears? The second of three trunks has just fallen on my car, my fence, my gate and the streetlight power line. But hey, at least y’all had it trimmed recently. I can’t leave my yard to get better pictures. FYI, one more trunk could still kill or maim someone. I wonder if it’ll be cut down first…
