Mr. frank is concern about this tree that's in front of this resident because limbs a dropping causing damage huge limbs from this tree is leaning toward citizen and neighbors house there has been several claims against the city concerning this tree please send someone out to contact Mr. Frank he wants to be there for the inspection.
