Description
See DPW000150975 letter. Why do I have to buy a replacement. The can taken was provided as a replacement in June 2022 and was cracked down one side and had a missing handle at the time it was provided. I did not damage the can during the year that I had it. I have lived at this address for 22 years and always had 2 trash collection cans. I would appreciate a free replacement in better condition than the one that taken. Thank you.
