Description

Please review your ticket #DPW000142439. Although it has been logged in RVA311since May, the issue has been ongoing for over 15 months with multiple notifications to key contacts at DPU. A phone call from Works to me explained challenges between Works & DPU when doing joint projects but he said he would call them and then call me back but the notes said followup call with DPU but no update & I was never called back Is it possible to get some sort of status update for our tenants thanks.
