Description

The light at three Chopt Anne Grove heading south needs to be increased because of all the school traffic there’s not enough time to cycle through. The green light is really short like seven seconds at most. I just counted it off.

    This problem will soon be solved by the implementation of Citywide Retiming Project which is currently ongoing within the City of Richmond.
