Description

Caller had placed a request for a new tree planting; caller wants to check the status because he is seeing the request was cancelled ; Caller was advised of the last comments. Caller wants to speak to an arborist about planting a tree his self or purchasing a tree and having the COR plant the tree. Caller states he wants to have the tree replaced and has done it before but can't remember how it was done and wants the arborist to please give him a call.
