Description

There is a tree well that a tree was taken down from because the tree was dying. The Sidewalk around this area was repaired and I submitted a request to have a tree replanted. The request was since removed and I requested it a second time. I see my request is now closed again stating that there is a water meter and there can not be a tree planted in that tree well. I am requesting to have the tree well moved over so that a tree can be planted or to have the tree well done away with.
