    DPW follows the Neighborhood Traffic Management Program guidelines for the installation of speed tables on City streets. The minimum street section measurement for consideration of a speed table is 1200’ of free follow traffic. Given the length of Powhatan of approximately 800‘, DPW is not planning a speed table at this time.
