Description

See photo. When the contractors put up the chain-link fence on the stormwater work site along Williamsburg Ave, they didn't clean up the plastic that some of the parts were packaged in. There are dozens of pieces of plastic on both sides of the fence and stuck in the fence. This plastic will migrate to Gillies Creek, the James River and beyond and needs to be cleaned up ASAP. I emailed this information to DPU on 8/3. Someone in DPU must be responsible for monitoring the contractors.
