Description
On the side of the house at 4014 W Franklin St. a large oak tree dropped a large limb and damaged a vehicle. The sidewalk has a more than 8” displacement that is a hazard for pedestrians, mobility impaired, strollers, etc. Additionally, limbs are often a hazard in the bike lane.
