Description

The new traffic pattern was recently installed at the Overbrook- Chamberlayne light is NOT successful. Never had a traffic problem on chamberlayne and now we have significant backups at this light, sometimes for more than a block. It is disruptive. Bring back whatever old settings were on this light.
