Description
The road is currently blocked completely for construction, leaving the asphalt sidewalk on the south side of tredegar Street to serve as the only bike and pedestrian access through this area. The asphalt sidewalk is in extreme disrepair which poses a trip hazard for walking and running pedestrians but makes it impossible for a wheelchair or stroller to safely pass through this area. There are cracks, dips, and raised areas with up to 5 inch obstacles.
