Description

Citizen advised that his ticket was closed and nothing was done to the tree. Service Request was marked completed and closed due to Arborist did not find anything when assessment was done in April. Citizen advised that the complaint was for a root and not a stump as mentioned in the previous ticket. The tree is there and the root is causing a tripping hazard.
