Description

This is my 4th attempt to have city review this tree as it has raised the sidewalk to a level that is a potential hazard for pedestrians-it also has dislodged manhole that is only covered by a piece of plywood and pedestrian could step in and get injured-The tree is also beginning to impact my front curb and porches-This needs to be addressed asap
