Description
Current construction being performed on 4508 Grove Ave lot, repeated blocking of alley and garage at 4510 Grove Ave by personal vehicles with no notice, have had to request someone move their truck blocking garage at 4510 Grove Ave everyday, multiple times a day, they have worked in the lot and have repeatedly requested that they not block the garage /alley behind 4510 grove ave however they continue to do so
