Description
I was informed that a speed table seems to be needed on Cary St. between Pine St. and Belvidere (behind Engineering West). Cars barrel through the light going East on Cary St. at Belvidere, without much regard to those in the crosswalk. We are requesting that the City investigates this issue and determines if there is any way we could get a speed table there.

The Fire Marshal's office does not support additional speed tables in this area, but curb extensions are planned as traffic calming measures at 15 intersections on Cary Street within and adjacent to VCU's campus.
