Mr. Shute that he lives at 3015 E Marshall St, 23223 and the property at 3017 E Marshall street is having some construction and Two dumpsters outside. one outside his home and 2nd dumpster is at the corner of 31st and Mr. Shute stated that he looked online and does not see any permit for these dumpsters.
