Description

The sidewalk on the corner of Kensington and Malvern has been a public hazard for the last 15 years that I have been asking for attention from the city. The state of this "Public Right of Way" is in a gross state of disrepair. As I have seen other streets in this area having new sidewalks and even portions of sidewalks replaced and repaired, I ask why not this portion of side walk as it is regularly traveled. Any response would be welcomed.
