Description

Tree ID #64255 located at 3212 Parkwood Ave, RVA 23221 -- Tree has been dropping large dead limbs for several months. Tree is dying but not completely dead yet. Falling limbs are a hazard to parked cars. Tree likely needs to be removed. After removal, sidewalk repair will also be needed. Sidewalk is significantly damaged by tree roots and is a hazard to pedestrians.
