Back in June, 2023, an employee of the City of Richmond marked a very large area on the blacktop in front of my home with white paint, creating arrows and words to depict an area of the blacktop that he believed needed to be repaired... there is only a small patch of blacktop that might need to be repaired........ can someone please come and clean up the white paint and markings that make my home look like an eyesore? Thank you.
