Description

Tree is losing all of its bark, heavily leaning, power lines right next to it. Still has some green, but it’s the center/core of tree is visibly dead up through the top and the trunk is literally crumbling. It is located on the city owned sidewalk grass on W 30th right by alley that runs between 30th and riverside
