Description

Only 1/3 of sign height is left, after being struck by a car months ago. Fire hydrant was knocked out too, but all that was 'completed' was shoving what was left of the sign into hole where fire hydrant use to be. Safety concern that fire hydrant was not replaced. Zoomin to pinecone placed at bottom of sign post to show how low it is. Thanks!
