Description
This tree seems alive and healthy in a couple places, but has some fairly large offshoots that appear dead. I don't think the tree needs to be completely cut down, just the dead parts of the trunk cut. This tree was previously trimmed a few years ago, but since then has had a few dead trunks next to the healthy ones. The dead parts are large enough to fall and smash a car in a large storm.
