Description
I was riding my bike and flipped over the handle bars this morning due to the horrible road conditions. This is absolutely insane considering this is a very bike friendly neighborhood that folks from around the city flock to. I now have a bent front rim on my bike, who do I reach out to for repair costs? Won’t be me paying. Do better, City of Richmond. Invest in the roads that taxpayers expect to be maintained. No more patchwork. Complete regrade and repaving is only suitable option. Please!!!
