Description
Vegetation and growth on the corner of 31st and Marshall extending down the block of 31st (between Marshall and Clay) is out of control. Weed's blocking brick sidewalks, inviting rodents and bugs and serving as a hazard for anyone needing a walker or wheelchair. Please come and maintain asap.
