Description

A flowered vine has been completely covering a fire hydrant on the corner of West Marshal & Clay streets. The outlets to the hydrant are not accessible. Every second counts when they are needed, and I would hate to see the fire company have to cut back the vine in order to connect the hoses to the hydrant.
